We opened Patron’s Hacienda and Sports Cantina in October 2011. Our lively atmosphere and authentic menu is sure to provide you with a memorable dining experience.
We are a restaurant and sport cantina featuring authentic Mexican cuisine, tantalizing steaks, and fresh juice margaritas made to order. Patron’s Hacienda’s owners have created an appetizing menu inspired by long-running family recipes from Mexico City and Chicago’s western suburbs. We are excited to bring these treasured dishes to the River North area.
We offer the following cuts of the finest steaks and chops:
- Carne Asada (marinated skirt steak)
- Barbecued Baby Back Ribs
- Bone-in Pork Chops
- Filet Mignon
- NY Strip, Rib Eyes
- Chopped Steak
- Porterhouse
Our steaks and chops are grilled to perfection and served a la carte, but you can add two sides for an additional $3.95.
You can order the carne asada (skirt steak)
- Bistek a la Mexicana – skirt steak topped with tomatoes, onions & jalapeño chiles scrambled up & served with refried beans & rice
- Tampequen – skirt steak topped with sliced chile poblano, served with a cheese enchilada & a side of rice, beans
- Mar Y Tierra – Skirt steak & grilled shrimp served with rice.
Whether enjoying a night out on the town with your family or catching the latest Bears or Bulls game, you will enjoy our friendly atmosphere. Patron’s Hacienda features eighteen 55 inch flat screen televisions so you never have to miss a moment of your favorite game. We also have a fully stocked bar, including several varieties of beer and wine, along with 56 different varieties of tequila on the menu.
Just because the sun goes down doesn’t mean the fun has to end. We serve food Sunday through Friday from 5:00 PM until 2:00 AM. On Saturday, we are open even later, serving food from 5:00 PM until 3:00 AM.
