Blue Agave or Agave Azul in Spanish is the common name for Agave Tequilana and is the base ingredient in Tequila. Tequila must be made with with a minimum of blue agave content or it cannot be called Tequila anything less than 51% would be considered Mezcal.  At Patron’s Hacienda we serve 56 different varieties of Tequila from the following distilleries:

We serve our blue agave tequila by the ounce, in tequila flights – 4 half ounce servings allowing you to sip and compare 4 different varieties, or by the bottle, or in any of our margaritas, like our signature margarita the Patron’s Margarita with 2 oz of El Jimador Tequila, fresh lime juice, served on the rocks or frozen with your choice of salt on the rim or not, or our Cadillac Margarita made with Tres Generaciones Reposado Tequila, fresh lime juice, and then topped with 1 oz. of Grand Marnier; our  Margarita Rubi is a pomegranate flavored margarita that is served on the rocks and is made with 2 oz. of Corzo Silver Tequila, Pama Pomegranate Liqueur and lime juice; and our Billionaire Margarita with 2 oz. of Casa Noble Anejo, fresh lime juice, and topped with 1 oz. of 150 year old Grand Marnier.

Come in for dinner or to catch the Bears, Bulls, Hawks, White Sox, or Cubs, on one or our eighteen 55 inch flat screen televisions. We are open Sunday through Friday from 5 pm to 2 am and Saturday from 5 pm to 3 am and have parking in our lot right next door.
